What We Look For
Every translator, interpreter, and project manager goes through the same four-step process before joining our network:
Credential & Experience Verification
Diplomas, professional experience, and references are checked before you join our network.
Subject-Matter Testing
You're tested in your specific field, not just your language pair, before being assigned a project in that specialty.
Ongoing Evaluation
Performance is reviewed continuously throughout your work with us, not just at onboarding.
Signed Confidentiality Agreement
Every translator signs a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement before any translation assignment — no exceptions.
